We kicked things off in 2023 because, let's face it, Cincinnati needed a spot that actually gets it. We wanted to create a space where the vibe is the priority, not a happy accident.

Flora & Flair is all about being yourself—come as you are, meet people from all walks of life, and dance like everyone’s watching (or maybe like no one is; your call). We’re here to represent everything that makes Cincinnati unique, with a dash of flair, and a whole lot of inclusivity.

With decades of combined experience in hospitality and entertainment, our team knows a thing or two about throwing a party (and a mean cocktail). We’ve crafted a lineup of unique events, affordable and delicious bites, and top-notch service that we're willing to bet the house on. We mean it; we’re that confident.

We’re a diverse crew, and that’s no accident. We believe the only way to keep it real with our guests is by bringing that same diversity to the heart of Flora & Flair.
